How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $20 and above! For orders under $20, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. We ship via USPS Ground, and you can generally expect your package to arrive within 3–4 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for any reason. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging.
What if my product is defective?
We stand behind our quality. We offer a 90-day exchange policy for any defective products. If your item stops working correctly due to a manufacturing issue within 90 days, we will swap it out for a brand-new one at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Changed your mind? If you are returning an item within the 14-day window because you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Defective item? If the product is defective or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return or exchange.
